Building and Impacting Communities, Inc., (BIC) provides holistic empowerment, (concerning all matters of well-being), for disadvantaged individuals to assure they can easily find resources formerly inaccessible to them, through our collaborative and outreach processes.
BIC serves the housing needs of those vulnerable, homeless populations as well as Seniors and low-income individuals with homelessness advocacy and affordable housing programs.
BIC implements professional services, including case management to address basic human needs, as well as an array of service packages and low-income assistance programs that provide access to sustenance resources.
BIC produces programs as pathways to self-sufficiency.
